NGSI Maintenance Programs


NGSI offers on site services including annual preventative maintenance, standard service calls, and emergency service calls.  NGSI provides these services to ensure your system functions correctly when you need it most.  Preventative routine maintenance will allow your system to function at its peak over the long term.  With service calls and emergency visits, NGSI is there when equipment fails to get you up and running as quickly as possible.  NGSI even stocks additional equipment to eliminate down time.  Please contact us at 312-239-0044 for additional details.
Standard Hours
  • Service Calls - During business hours. (Product failure, system updates, minor hardware additions)
  • Clients recieve a priority scheduling for service calls within 24 - 48 hours (During standard business hours)
  • System failure & functionality issues
  • Related items under “Scheduled Maintenance” program.
  • Eliminates first hour trip charge ($150.00 trip).  All schedule maintenance programs recieve a flat $135.00/hr.
Emergency Hours
  • Emergency Service calls are for immediate needs & non business hour related issues. 
  • Non Business Hours (Mon - Fri 5pm - 8am) & (Saturday & Sunday)
  • NGSI responds during non business hour within the same day or within 1 - 2 hours of the service call request
Scheduled Routine Maintenance
  • Product(s) firmware & software updates in which were sold and installed by NGSI
  • Rack system and/or components air dusted, to free up dust particles on products, along with wire management. 
  • NGSI checks the connections, ensure they will perform at times which are most important.
  • Remote configurations on systems that were purchased from NGSI.
  • Add / remove additional hardware to an existing system
  • Audio system calibration
  • Flat panel TV calibration (as needed)
  • Tap TV system programming changes
